| Main features of Automatic Rotary Bottle
Rinsing/Sterilising Machines |
The rotary bottle rinsing/sterilizing machines Model: R24 are fully automatic and are manufactured with 24, Heads to give an hourly output between 6,000 and 14,000 bottles. The machine will handle containers of any size, shape and capacity, This versatile machine can carry out the following opertions:
1.Rinsing with hot or cold water
2.Sterilizing with water plus O2
3.Sterilizing with water plus ozone
4.Sterilizing in a closed or open loop |
| Main Frame |
1. The machine is constructed in stainless steel and high molecular weight acid-resistant and self-lubricating polyethylene,
2. All parts in contact with the rinsing product are in stainless steel.
3. The machine in mounted on adjustable feet so as to ease alignment when connected with the plant.
4. The machine in fitted with interlocked guards to conform to the latest health and safety regulations,
5. The machine guard switches will stop the machine in case of accidental opening of any of the safety doors,
6. Access in the base of the machine is through inspection covers which are fitted with a key lock.
On request, the gripper stand plate can be manufactured in S.S. 304 OR 316 steel.

| Drive mechanism |
1. The machine is driven by a series of gears manufactured in hardened steel which in turn are driven by a geared motor, the gearbox giving an integral oil bath.
2. The drive unit is protected by leak proof seals.
3. The main drive motor is equipped with a speed control unit. This is fully adjustable from the control panel to given the required production speed.
4. The height of the working table can also be automatically adjusted according to the size of bottles or containers to be handled from the main control panel. |
| Operating Features |
1. The cleansing liquid is distributed to all the heads by means of a central shaft. However, the liquid in not allowed to pass to individual heads in the event of there being no bottle or container available.
2. The rinsing and the draining times can be individually adjusted.
3. The pressure of the liquid entering the bottle or container is adjustable.
4. The gripper is shaped to handle the neck of the bottle or container.
5. Quick change parts are available to accommodate different neck configuration.
6. The gripper pressure can be adjusted according to the type of bottle/container to be handled.
7. A recovery plate is provided to collect the rinsing product.
8. Both the star wheels and the scroll are fitted with safety devices.
9. Device to prevent Bottle or container back up conditions. |
| Electrical control system |
1. The machine has a 24 volt control system for safety.
2 .All electrics are contained in one box and the external wiring is contained within trunking.
3. The main control panel has mimic lights to pinpoint the machine condition. |

| Main Features of Capper |
01. Seperate geared drive with motor and safety clutch
arrangements for capper sorter unit
02. Stainiess steel capper cap hopper.
03. The chute takes caps from hopper in any orientation where
necessary caps are reoriented through a shunt.
04. No bottle lifting during capping process.
05. Ball locking system balances out deviations from standard
bottle height without applying any load on the bottles.
06. Axial load on bottles only by operation force necessary to feed
caps.
07. The capping heads being operated in a flat cam pressure on
bottles, and capping heads are thus minimised.
