CONVEYER SYSTEM :

BOTTLE CONVEYORS BC – 100 TO 600 SERIES, Powerised Roller Conveyer, Belt Conveyor, Gravity Roller Conveyors and Crate conveyors.

Salient features of Conveyer Plant

1. Construction

a) Sturdy Conveyor frame construction is made of 2mm thick SS 304 material.
b) Conveyor guides are provided with D6 profile make MCC Holland with SS 304 flats for      smooth guiding of bottles.
c) Slat Chain Wear Strip are made up of Z1 profile and W4 profile are made up of UHMPE      material make MCC Holland.
d) Drive Rollers and Idler Rollers are made of UHMPE or Cast Nylon material.
e) Magnetic curve tracks are from MCC Holland.
f) Conveyor guide brackets are made of SS 304 similar to KRONES LABELLING MACHINE      which facilitate like horizontal, vertical and angular movements.
g) Conveyor pedestals are made of SS 304 material with mounting pads along with provision      for vertical adjustments.
h) SS 304 cable trays with covers running along with the conveyor for the entire length to      connect motors and safety switches.
i) MS hot dip galvanized overhead cable trays are provided wherever necessary.
j) The entire Conveyor system are of modular design providing easy relaying and alignment     of conveyors whenever necessary.

2. Chain Lubrication System

a) Lubrication system is provided with lubrication solution tank Proportionating Pump, Water     Strainers, Pressure Regulator and mixing arrangement. The Proportionating pump is      procured from M/s Ivaki – Japan. The Propotionating pump is of self priming type with level      controller in the sump.
b) Zone Isolating valves, Time Solenoid Valves and related electrical items are provided in      the control panel.
c) The Distribution Piping made of seamless stainless steel pipe with plastic brackets to fix      with the Conveyor frame.
d) Nozzles and spray bar are procured from M/s Spraying Systems Co., U.S.A.
e) Automatic valves are provided for water filling and soap solution filling in the soap tank.

3. Electricals

a) Switch cabinet are procured from M/s RITTAL
b) Main switch is of make KLOCKNER MOELLER
c) Emergency stop switches are provided near each drives.
d) Frequency controlled drives are procured from M/s DANFOSS with provision for individual      speed adjustment as well as logic interfacing with Filler and Washer so that the conveyors      will adjust the speed automatically to the respective machines.
e) Main isolator switch for incoming supply line with over and under voltage check and trip,      frequency and phase check and trip.
f) Cabling : all cables excluding main power supply cable(s) between your main low tension     distribution station and equipment are included.
g) Control cables in LAPP Oilflex 110
h) Frequency controlled drives in shielded cables.
