Washing
Our washing machine is fully constructed with ss structure having two chambers.
on top side having ss roller chain conveyer with bottle holder to transfer the bottle for each chambers and one scrubber assembly is used fo.r cleaning outer surface. at bottom side having two small tanks provided for raw & hot water. heater provide inside the hot water tank for starlization as per fda standard.

Filling
Filling machine constructed of fully ss sq tube structure with glass door and ss slot conveyer after washing section the bottle are transfer through conveyors after reaching the filling area our filling machine consist of three villing valves using plc system every three bottles filled automaticaly and pass through conveyor and transfer to capping section

Capping
In capping section having 3 penumatic cylinder used for pressing the caps the cap chute with vibrator assembley is fix in between filling and capping section.
