Main Features of Filling Machine

Main Features of Crowner

01. Seperate geared drive with motor and safety clutch arrangements for crowner sorter unit 02. Stailiess steel crowner hopper.
03. The chute takes crowns from hopper in any orientation where necessary crowns are reoriented through a shunt.
04. No bottle lifting during crowninig process.
05. Ball locking system balances out deviations from standrad bottle height without applying any load on the bottles.
06. Axial load on bottles only by operation force necessary to feed crown corks.
07. The crowning heads being operated in a flat cam pressure on bottles, crowning heads are is minimised.
08. Automatic crown conveyor system using sensors to maintain the crowns level in the hopper, on request of customer.

Machine Construction Filler

The high speed bottles filler consists of a fixed machine base and a rotary lower filler part as well as the filler bowl individual elements

The fixed base is a heavy compact casing carrying the filler unit accurately located on a adequately dimensioned turn table bearing, which accepts both axial and radial loads. This affords a completely quiet and even rotation of the filler unit. The machine base is readily accessible for easy service. The gear box run in oil bath provided with special long life oil.

The heavy duty lift units have sliding surfaces steel on plastic to give extremely good running with a minimum of service.

Replacement of the plastic wear strips is cheep and simple, avoiding expensive overhaul.

The rotating tank is of annular stainless steel construction. All other products contact surfaces are equally of highly polished stainless steel, eliminating dirt deposists. Cleaning and sterilization can easily be carried out with either hot water, steam or suitable chemicals.

Main Construction Crowner

The crowner corker is in the monoblock execution, rigidly coupled to the filler and mounted on a common base plate table.

The crowner drive is in synchronization with the filler. Each bottle is supplied with a crown cork from the hopper through the crowner head. The feed chute includes a system to reorient crown corks where necessary, allowing them to be taken from the hopper in random orientation. This permits high rate feeds with minimum hopper agitation giving extremely gentle handling of crowns eliminating scratching.

The crowner heads operate according to the ball locking system, are guided over a hardnend steel cam rail onto the bottle mouth, under constant pressure. The bottles are fed under the crowner heads on a rotating table without any vertical displacement. From the précised sealing operation the bottles are feed to the discharge conveyor by a transfer star wheel.
